Tousant feels that in the real estate industry, honesty and values are often overlooked. In 2005, he joined the National Association of REALTORS, an organization that compels realtors to adhere to a rigid code of ethics. Those who do not follow the association's Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice may be kicked from and may lose their license to practice real estate in California.
